Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract made online, by email or by phone within 14 days of the day it was made. Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”.

Withdrawal statement

Only the fields marked as required are needed. You do not have to give a reason.

By pressing the button you send this statement: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the service named above.” We use your details only to process the withdrawal. See the privacy notice.

What happens next

  • You immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal, with its content and the date and time we received it. Keep it as your record.
  • We refund every payment you made under the contract within 14 days, using the same payment method, unless you agree to another method.
  • If you asked us to start work within the 14 days and the service has been partly performed, you pay a proportionate amount for the work done up to the moment of withdrawal, and we refund the rest.

When you cannot withdraw

A service that has been fully performed can no longer be withdrawn from, if you asked us to start within the 14 days and confirmed that you knew you would lose the right. Examples: a return that has been filed, a mentoring session that has taken place, a report or plan that has been delivered.

The 14-day right is for consumers only. Business clients can end a service under section 7 of our terms and conditions.
